About the Shareware Version:         

  • The Shareware version is exactly the same as the Professional version.
    You can use every function in the system, from fancy fills to automatic
    lettering.
  • There is no limit in stitches when you:
          digitize your new designs,
          import the external designs from embroidery diskette,
          change the size or stitch count of any embroidery design,
          edit the design,
          print out the design in 252 TRUE thread colors,
          do the monogramming or
          do the database design library.

    However, when you save the designs in embroidery diskette, it is limited to
    about 3,000 stitches(see below if you want     unlimited stitches at free) during the
    120 activations/3months(90 days) trial period.
    For a period of 120 activations/3months(90 days) you can become familiar with
    all the functions of WinDaisy and also digitize many designs which you can use!
    In addition, you can call or E-mail for free technical help from links on this Web
    page.
  • Because home embroidery designs are often less than 3,000 stitches, the
    shareware version can provide you with many finished designs and monograms
    for your business. Many of our sales of the professional system have come from people hearing about WinDaisy from friends using the Shareware version.
    In Addition,the WinDaisy Shareware can let you digitize designs with NO LIMIT
    in stitchs. Here is how:

    Special Service(unlimited stitches at free): If you want to embroider your
    digitized large design which is more than 3,000 stitches, please save your
    design to the Design Library and email them to us as attachments from:
            C:\WinDaisy\CndSthLib\filename.sth  and
            C:\WinDaisy\CndSthLib\filename.cnd
    We will convert it to Tajima *.dst, *.dsb or Melco *.exp format) and email them to
    you in one working day.
  • If you don't want to download the software, please consider ordering the
    Shareware Version on CD-ROM, which installs very easily.   

Easy to Set Up:

After you download all the software, just double-click on the file you have downloaded. The file you have downloaded will install the software for you and create needed folders and icons in your Windows system.
   
The User's Manual contains everything you need to know. All the details about hardware installation, as well as the operation of the digitizing software is included. You will find sections on:

  • Editing and the conversion between expanded and condensed format
