In the event that you should have any problems with the WinDaisy Embroidery Digitizing system, please contact Daisy by phone, fax or  e-mail. We will reply Promptly. 95% of the time, problems can be resolved via e-mail. We are ready to help you with any problem, from hardware conflicts, to helping you finish a special stitching pattern, or editing a design.

Most hardware problems stem from connections between components. Once we have diagnosed your problem, we can usually tell you how to repair the problem yourself. If it is determined that hardware is damaged, we can also guide you as to how to get the hardware repaired locally at minimal cost.

Our User's manual contains step-by-step information and troubleshooting instructions for all the common elements you might encounter. You might also check to make sure your Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating is properly configured to accept all of the WinDaisy software's special components, as outlined on page 1-3 and page 1-4 of the user's manual before contacting us for help. Doing so could save you a lot of valuable time if your system is just not configured to properly operate such a extensively featured software product.
